Digital Transformation Analyst (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• Implement the digital transformation strategy plus related individual projects across the wind and solar business
• Support the Digital Transformation Manager in facilitating the digital evolution towards a more sophisticated, connected and effective global organization
• Identify the needs of the different business units, propose new innovative solutions and take charge of the integration into the existing digital landscape
• Design, implement and maintain specifically tailored solutions in a Microsoft cloud environment
• Collaborate with IT and Digital/Process colleagues to identify, analyze and engage with new business partners such as software suppliers or implementation partners
• Manage software implementation projects while liaising closely with teams in different business units
• Optimize existing digital platforms for the wind and solar business, i.e. process automation of back office processes and productivity tools for employees

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor, Master or equivalent degree in IT, Engineering, Business Management or similar
• At least two years of experience in the renewable energies industry and/or in digitalization projects in a corporate environment
• First practical experience in the management of international projects; experience in agile project management is beneficial
• Deep knowledge of MS Office 365 including the SharePoint environment; experience with databases is beneficial
• First-rate understanding of customer requirements regarding digital solutions as well as understanding for the digital customer experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as naturally positive and progressive stakeholder management approach
• Excellent written and oral English and German skills, willingness to travel and work remotely with colleagues in other countries
