Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Lomabardei, South-Tyrol and Venetien and are currently looking for a Key Account Manager Sales (m/f/d) Italy.

Key Account Manager Sales (m/f/d) Italy

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Achieve the assigned sales revenue, profitability and new customer targets
  • Maximize the sales performance against agreed targets and maintain profitability in line with company objectives
  • Leading sales and negotiation meetings, elaboration/cooperation in the calculation and drafting of contracts
  • Build long term business relationships with customers through sales, marketing and consulting
  • Continuous market and customer analysis for the further development of our solutions business
  • Support the regional and international sales team to deliver growth
  • Optimize effective sales time by controlling journey planning
  • Documentation of sales activities in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Represent the company at local and international trade shows, presentations and seminars when required


Ihr Profil

  • Experience in the solar PV industry, especially in rooftop self-consumption systems and minimum 3 years of experience B to B sales
  • Degree education or the equivalent professional experience
  • Very good Italian and English skills and available to travel, at least 30%
  • Able to think differently when faced with a challenge
  • Strong minded with exceptional interpersonal skills and interested in growing professionally in a company in full expansio
  • Excellent skills in communications, time management, negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Capacity for analysis, reliability and organizational skills to support project management
  • Independent, flexible, proactive person, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, multitask and able to manage work without supervision
  • Team worker who embodies the company’s Core Values
  • Open to the changes of digitization and implementing them in your daily work
